Shipping Info.

At the Amish Oak Warehouse we use two methods for shipping. For all the small and lighter pieces we prefer UPS. The charges will be automatically calculated for you at checkout. The larger items UPS cannot ship, we use Pakship USA, they are experts at packaging Amish furniture. To get a quote on products that do not automatically calculate the shipping please e-mail us at vip@amishoakwarehouse.com and we will get you a quote quickly. You may also check out our page of sample shipping rates to some major areas throughout the United States(see above).

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Return Policy:
Standard items may be returned within ten days via common carrier at the customer's expense. If the items are returned in good condition, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued. Custom pieces are non-returnable. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will, at our option, have the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty:
Every piece of furniture we at the Oak Warehouse sell comes with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Should you detect a defect or damages in any way, simply contact us and we will have the items repaired or replaced at our discretion with no charge to you.  If the item you order was a custom order or you received a special stain match, then your item is nonreturnable
